- New Hire Orientation may be cancelled if there are not enough new hires to attend. HR will notify new hires accordingly.
- HR must be notified before 5:00 pm the Monday prior to each New Hire Orientation of any new hires for eligibility to begin employment and attend the upcoming New Hire Orientation.
- Please note that if the orientation date falls on a holiday, it will be held the next day.
